Perhaps the most often overlooked character in LazyTown is Stephanie's Uncle Milford Meanswell, who also happens to be the town's Mayor.
He has trouble keeping secrets and always tries his bumbling best to help around town with things like building fences, trimming trees, and giving speeches. But most of the time, he has his fingers bandaged up from botched jobs.
Most of his efforts are at the behest of Mz Bessie Busybody, to whom Milford has difficulty saying the word 'No' ("I just can't say no to her!").
Usually he ends up asking Sportacus to help him with the work overload.
